Planets

There are eight planets in our solar system. They all orbit around the sun. They are, in order from nearest to the sun to furthest, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and finally, Neptune. There is also Pluto, who comes after Neptune, but Pluto is a dwarf planet, which is not really a planet. Planets can be made of different things, such as rock, gas, and metal.
